SENDING MEDICAL DATA

The contact is initiated with the transmission of medical data to the International Patients Department at info@shifaglobal.uk.

In order to provide you with a second medical opinion, please send the following documents:

  • Previous medical documents
  • Imaging procedures not older than 6 months (CT, MRI, X-rays, etc.)

USEFUL AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Payment for services can be made by cash or card on the spot, or by bank transfer.
  • The evaluation by the specialist doctor and obtaining a response regarding the possible treatment plan takes a maximum of 48hours.
  • The period of travel shall be determined by the patient, and the representative of the International Patient Department must be informed accordingly.
  • Flight information should be communicated by e-mail to the International Patients Department to ensure airport-Hospital/hotel transfer.

USEFUL AND

TRANSLATOR SERVICES

We provide our international patients with translation and interpreter services in several foreign languages. Our translators assist during medical consultations and handle the translation of necessary medical reports or documents.

  • Upon arrival, you will be greeted in the hospital lobby by a medical translator from our team.
  • The translator will accompany you to all medical consultations and investigations.
  • They will act as your personal guide throughout your entire stay in Pakistan.

TRANSPORT AND ACCOMMODATION

  • The International Relations Department has negotiated special rates with several hotels located near our hospitals to ensure quick access to appointments.
  • Before arrival, the representative of the International Relations Department will help you choose the accommodation that best suits your needs.
  • Upon arrival at the airport, a driver will meet you, holding a sign with the patient’s name.
  • A hospital representative will meet you at the airport and accompany you during all transfers.

  • Obtain a copy of all your medical records and a list of the medications you are currently taking.
  • Bring any diagnostic CDs and video recordings from previous medical procedures.
  • Contact your International Patient Representative to arrange airport pick-up and make hotel reservations.
